Like many political issues, tort reform rhetoric is part fact and part fiction. One group advocating reform has published a list of “Judicial Hellholes” which purportedly favor Plaintiffs:

Interesting read no matter where you stand on the issue. Remember–we never would have had John Edwards to kick around had he been a defense lawyer.
I recently was blessed by a bottle (or two) of 2007 Rombauer Zinfandel. Heaven on Earth, and it won’t break the bank!
I truly believe this wine is my reward from the Virgin Mary for enduring Catholic elementary and high schools. It was worth it.
