About the Author

Chris Hugan is an entertainment law and civil litigation attorney who practices in Nashville, Tennessee.  He won the 1985 Tommy Tedesco Studio Scholarship to Guitar Institute of Technology and has owned recording studios in both Los Angeles and Nashville.  He is a voting member of the Recording Academy and sits on the Board of Directors for the Nashville Jazz Workshop.

Mr. Hugan’s practice includes all intellectual property matters including trademark and copyright law, music business transactions, and general civil litigation.  Initial consultations are free.
